How is our kombucha made?

At Bennetts Kombucha we keep things simple and science based.


Naturally fermented in the West Country, by the Bennett Family, our kombucha is naturally brewed in small batches.


We use 4 ingredients:

1. Water

2. Organic White Tea

3. Organic Cane Sugar

4. Live Cultures of Bacteria and Yeast, also known as a SCOBY


At Bennetts Kombucha we DO NOT pasteurise or ultra filtrate, meaning our Boocherites get the maximum goodness in every bottle.


By brewing our booch this way, ensures a rich, flavourful, and boochilicious brew, teaming with billions of beneficial bacteria.
